LGBTQ Friendly Pubs and Cafes in Delhi
Delhi is considered as the friendliest city in India for the LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer) Community. There are many pubs, cafes, guest houses, art galleries and other safe spaces for the LGBTQ Community in Delhi.
The Lalit New Delhi is a LGBTQ friendly five star hotel. It hosts regular C U nest Thursday nights, an event series for the lesbian-gay-bisexual-transgender-queer community.
PCO in Vasant Vihar is an American style speakeasy cocktail bar with vintage furnishing. It has a dimly lit and a vintage, worn out look. It has also won a few awards since its establishment.
Depot48 is located in Greater Kailash. The restaurant runs Pink Tuesday events for queers and offer offers drinks and delicacies. The specialties are the Burgers Monicatini, Shredded Duck Taco, Summer Cooler and Jack Barrel.
Max Mueller Bhavan which is located in near Connaught Place hosts LGBTQI centric events. Goethe-Institutes properly known as Max Muller Bhavans host programs and gigs that promote the study of German language and awareness of German culture abroad.
Summer House Café is located at the edge of Aurobindo Place, Hauz Khas. It hosts LGBTQ gala. They invite queer individuals to enjoy drink without fear of being turned away. It is popular for its American and Western mix food, live events and cocktails.
Chez Jerome Q Café Q café is Delhi’s first LGBTQ café. It ia a rooftop café with a view of Qutab Minar. It organizes many events, on Fridays they have Drag queen shows, On Sunday’s movie screening. It also has a Spa – Mykonos Men’s Spa. It is an absolute safe space for queer men.
